Are these compatible?

At first glance it may if you aren't using a dedicated gpu. I'd probably look at the Noctua L9 over the CM.
What cpu you working with?

Trying to find specs on that case. Best I have seen in my search is 36mm height for a cpu cooler.

Not sure about the APU, haven't seen the list of what it can cool yet, but a small sys that can kick ass spec wise would be cool, better than my old sys CPU, a Ryzon 7 2700 with a RTX 4050.

I don't even see an official place to mount a fan of any kind in that Joyjom case, so I can't imagine that you'd be able to install an AIO without some customization. Definitely try to look for a case that says it can support an AIO cooler, since even a 120mm fan slot is not a guarantee that an AIO cooler would comfortably fit. If you want to stick with a "sandwich" case, your best bet is probably one with a top exhaust.

But I also agree with the recommendation of a Noctua L9 or a cheaper-but-similar Thermalright heatsink.
