Anyone use their PC as an alarm clock?

So I forgot my phone charger at a hotel. Looking for some good software...

You dont need any software.

first, im gonna presume that you are in Xp.

Do that. But, instead of choosing a program, choose a song. and it will play the song that the time you decided.

I use a program called Wakeup Alarm clock version 3.0.

I'm actually on vista right now. Going to try to find an equivalent.

I didn't really make it clear before, but I was looking for something that would actually boot up the computer at a given time vs. leaving the pc on overnight. I'm going to take it that something like this might not exist.

I just use macro express, and set up a macro that plays a song at 6am... Just dont forget to turn your speakers way up

Check your bios, many have an option to boot at specific times, many mobos do have that option. Change your start up sound to a song and turn up the volume.

I found a nice little vista gadget/widget before..worked for me but was a little clunky. you could set it to play mp3's or sounds
