Anyone use RasPPPoE??

I'm having some major difficulty with the software recently. I have checked all my settings, reinstalled RAS over and over, and for some reason, it does not want to receive any offers for service, thus, I can't make a connection to the internet. I'm using Verizon DSL, with a Westell modem. Everything is hooked up right, and I installed the proper RAS driver that I need, but from there I'm at a loss.

Any help (or other alternatives) would be greatly appreciated.
 
I found out what it was... I have a 5-port switch that I had connected (used for LAN connections at my house, just in case), and that burned out I'm afraid... so now I"m back online :D
