Anyone oc'ing the Retail Edge bundle?

I got the retail edge bundle, everything works great, but I can't figure out how oc the chip. I can lower memory latency and I think I may be able to adjust the memory speed, and the divider, but I can't seem to find anything to change the multiplier. Does that mean its locked? I really don't want to mess with the FSB or memory speed with a 14 multiplier.
