I don't know anything about it, but for that price I can think of several others that are proven and probably have better cooling.

Haven't seen it before, but if it's by Zalman than you know it'll be good in terms of cooling and quiet. The price dosen't seem to high for a good full tower. I would try to find a review on it before purchase of course.
