Does anyone know of a dns server that has an ip with 4 groups of 3? ex: 124.125.115.104. i need this as opposed to the one that ip isp gives me (204.83.142.2,4,6)

its a long story why i need it but it has something to do with my cell phone

I'm guessing you have something like the vx6000 phone, just enter it like 204.083.142.002, trust me.
