anyone ever use pc-cargo.com ?

I've been trying to contact them for 3 days now to find out about returning a video card I bought from their ebay store front... I've tried emailing them with no response on each of the last 3 days, called their number (877-277-1414) Monday, left a message with answering service, called Tuesday and left a message with their answering service, called today and the number is disconnected.

Does anyone know about this company? is it legit, or am I probably SOL?

Their reseller rating isn't so good, their 6 month is at 5 and their lifetime rating is 6.67 (customer service is a 3!):
