Just wondering because I just bought one and neither the website nor the nice people on the phone will let me register it with the serial number that is on it and the box. Anyone know what I should do, maybe a nice bfg guy on the forum could help out a new customer?
 
Where did you buy it? What exactly is the problem with registration?
 
I had a problem in nov and called to tell them and they said it did register.
 
Bought from Newegg, and bfg is saying that the serial number on the psu isn't valid. I tried looking for another number on the box or the unit itself, but they both match.
