I just bought webroot retail boxed version a few months ago maybe like 2 months tops I think but not sure. Anyway I had to reinstall it so I followed the directions from webroot and now it says my subscription is over and a "severe problem" has occured and contact webroot. Ok so I did earlier today and still waiting for a reply, with the weeked I'm in no hurry expecting to hear back from them. Has anyone else had issues with webroot and subscriptions?
