Any good side shooters for PC (Like R-Type)?

more specific, ePSXe, with pete's GPU and sound plugins. (google)
and all the rail shooters you can get your panties wraped around.
 
How about some ported to the PC, I dont feel like getting back into emulation.
I am in serious need of a good side scroller again.
 
I just picked up Ikaruga for the Gamecube at $18 used. It's pretty hard but it's also fun so check it out if you have a GC.

Here's a link to a good list of PC shmups. Most are verts (of those, I'd recommend Cho Ren Sha 68K, Warning Forver and Noiz2sA.) but there are a few good horizontals in there as well (probably the best one I've seen is Bike Banditz.) Note that almost all of these will be in Japanese, and a couple may not even run on a non-Japanese PC.
