Any good led monitors?

I have been waiting to get a good led monitor... and well everybody keeps telling me to get a dell ips lol. Which is probably true. But im looking for a monitor with higher than 2000:1 SCR...which i beleive only Samsung F2380M. So is that my only option?

Pretty much. I assume you are in the UK/Europe sense the F2380M is only avaliable there. You have one other option which is the Ezio EV2333wh, but it costs more then the F2380M.

The highest contrast ratio IPS panel is the Fujitu P22w-5 Eco IPS (1200:1)

If you can find one both the Samsung 275t and 305t can go over 1100:1 and use S-PVA panels, but they will be costly.

None of these monitors use LED backlighting as edge lit LED has offered no real improvements over CCFL backlighting except power savings.

Yeah a bit too pricey for me, there is a SAMSUNG F2380 for $299.99 + $32.33 shipping but i dont really need it at this moment so i might as well just wait...and wait... but thanks i didnt know about the other ones you told me about.

LEDs don't get you higher static contrast ratios, only dynamic. If you want high static contrast ratios you'll have to look at VA monitors, but I don't know if any go above 2000. That is hard to find even in TVs.
