Antec TrueControl 550w Problems

I just installed a brand new Antec TrueControl 550w PSU and right away I got video corruption in my BIOS and in Windows. My system is an Abit NF7-S V2.0, AMD XP 3200+, nVidia 6800 ultra, and a Creative Labs Audigy 2. I looked at the rail readings in the BIOS and they did not look far off. What do guys and gals think would be my problem?
 
When I took out my previous PSU system was in good working order. I just replaced the unit because it was a 420w no name power supply.
 
But did this fix the problem or with the old psu does it still do the same thing ?
