does anyone have the antec 900 case with 2 4890's in it

cos im looking to upgrade and worried if it will fit or not?
please show pics
have quite a few cable around the place due to 4 hdd's and a dvd drive

Don't have the dual Vid cards, but I had to go to an Antec 1200 due to all my drives.

Sounds like a tight fit to me.

It will be.

Here is my 1200:

It is tight in there. My 900 had the DVD ROM and card reader on the outside just to fit it all in.

looks like im going back to my thermaltake armor full tower then

If you had the same model I did at one point (Armour +) I would highly recommend that you install two decent speed fans at the bottom intakes. They should line up quite nicely with your bottom GPU and help keep the system over all quite cool. I also suggest flipping the side acrylic case fan around (from intake to exhaust) and see if that effects your temps in a good or bad way. In my case (4870x2) doing both of those dropped the GPU temp at idle to around 42 degrees C (with the fan set in CCC to 35%). Not sure the outcome on your system but it may decrease the noise from those GPU fans.

I have a 900 and ONE 4890...I could fit another one in there pretty easily if I wanted too...Lemme try something.....Ok...Popped in my 4870 under it....It's a tight fit, but do able.
