Ok here is my situation....

I have a coolermaster ATC case with two 80mm fans in front vertically mounted as intakes. Now if I went the DIY route the only radiator that would fit in that space would be a Black Ice Extreme Micro II. Would those to 80mm intake fans (about 32 cfm each) be enough or would I need to add two more on the other side of the radiator to cool the proc. and maybe my vid card. Or would I be better off with a Koolance.

Thank you for the suggestions.

One of the goals with a ragiator/heatercore is to increase the surface area that the fan has access to. Basically you will need to push a bunch of air through the little radiator which won't save you much on noise.

Another option to Koolance is going with a custom external unit. As an example - custom enclosure - $60. Pump - $70 Heater Core - $25 CPU Block - $50 Fan - $15 Barbs/hoses - $20 $240 for a more powerful system.

As an example of a custom enclosure this is the one I have for a bonneville core and a 172mm fan. 8" tall and wide, 16" deep. Smaller ones will be on the way for single 120mm fans, smaller cores, etc. The hole is for the top cap on a 2" diameter PVC reservoir. One of the end panels is laying on top.
