Can someone else with a socket 754 athlon64 and a 6800gt share their 3dmark03 scores at default clock speed? With my clawhammer running at 2300, and my gt at stock speeds, im only scoring about a 10,800. I have been having some weird problems with this card, and will soon be getting rid of it through EVGA's tradeup program, I am just curious.
 
That sounds about right. At stock speeds on my GT I got 10882 with my newcastle at 2.3ghz. At 375/1.7 with the proc at 2.4ghz I get 11907.

.. as you will see my 3dmark03 scores are the "same" (about 10500) as all around with this combo ... but i can play everything i want with absolutely great settings and no laggy gameplay

so f**k for 3dmark03 ... what benefits have i if a benchmark like this runs great ??

pls don't understand me ... i don't want attack someone but i just think that this benchmark does not reflect the "real world gameplay 2004" at all .... just my opinion ... and again pls tell me if i'am wrong and where i'am wrong because i'am a new in the "benchmarking scene" ...

impressive ... cause i have a leadtek too and now i am thinking of overclocking mine too ... pls can you post your d3 timedemo? (16x12, NoAA, 8xAF) ... if possible ??

i dont know(i dont trust the timedemo much, to much variation. ill run it tomorow if you want to know though). anywhay, i get extremely playable(ie, never droping below 20, norming in the 60 cap, and av.ing around 40-50) at 16*12/high 8xaa 4xaf if that means anything :)

sounds great ... while playing i've not realized to go under 25-20 fps (but when i play d3 i'm not realizing much :eek: )

... but pls take a timedemo (2nd run) of the settings i mentioned abve (if it is possible)

youse the supplied utill, i find it better than coolbits... and w/ this card cooling(atleast for me, and im getting a good oc) is not the limiting factor. its just headroom. my card never goes above 70 nomater what the clock
