Anodizing suggestions?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any companies/people who would be able to hard anodize a few parts from a Lian-Li project I'm working on right now?

I've searched the forums and web and the only one that keeps coming up is Wahoo Computers. They seem to do a great job and the price seems somewhat reasonable but I'd like to do some comparisson shopping before writing out that check. Ideally I'd like to find a local company in NE-Ohio but shipping parts wouldn't be that much of an issue I suppose.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thought about doing it yourself? If you have more than a few parts, it'd probably be cheaper (and more fun) to do it yourself. Google for "Home anodizing." Here's a couple links to get you started:

I haven't done it myself, but it doesn't seem all that hard.

I've considered it, yes. Back when I was building rods instead of boxes I remembered an article in Mopar Performance about how to do it at home and I agree, it sounds very simple. Then again, I recently destroyed a $150 case because I thought my Dremel skills were better than they actually were (seems cutting the muffler off a 'Cuda is different than cutting a laser straight line through mild steel).

At this point I've just about found everything I need except for a professional shop to do the anodizing and someone with a waterjet/laser cutter (or crazy Dremel skills) to cut a window.

I just heard back from Wahoo Computers and they're way above what I expected to pay for the few parts I need anodized. I remember a few years ago I was going to have a HSU anodized and someone here said they could do it... guess I was hoping he was still around.

And my summation of 2004... "poop"

look up anodizing in your yellow pages, there should be several companies in your area
