Is opteron more efficient than Amd64 in gaming? Wut about application benchmarks, its a 940 socket and dual channel bling blang.

well it depends on the model. if you compare a 2.2ghz opteron to a 3400+ i think that the 3400+ will be faster for gaming. mostly because it doesnt require the registered ram.
