AMD64 Overclocking

Hey, tonight I was set to overclock. I managed to get my AMD64 3200 to 2.25GHZ at 450 FSB, but it failed in memtest, but it was stable in CS. So I downclocked to 440 FSB and 2.2GHZ. At 2.2GHZ, it passes Memtest. Anyone else get similiar results with stock cooling?
