AMD + PCIexpress?

Does anyone know if a shuttle (or maybe even any other makers) will produce an AMD and PCI-express shuttle xpc? I really don't want to resort to P4's, since all they are are waste of money (i'm not degrading their performance, just their price/performance ratio).

If not by summer, will i notice a difference between a LG775 3.0ghz and a A64 3000+ in games such as HL2 and CS: Source?

sorry, i thought it wasn't even OUT YET so i wondered if anyone knew if it'll come out. Also, is there a price figure, cause newegg doesn't have them
