I constantly have one unread message, yet i click to go to private messages and it doesn't show up. Wondering if something can be done to clear up the error. I started after the big problems happened with hardforum the other day.
 
Have you used the "empty folders" link under folder controls?
 
I dont want to loose all my messages. It is a glich due to the problems has a couple days ago. A message was sent but never received by me there for is says one unread when really there are no new messages.

You can download your private messages.

In your PM box, there are 3 links at the bottom - Download as XML, CSV or as Text.

If you really want to clear up the error, you could save the PMs and then delete all the messages.
