Has something with the Alerts system changed within the last month or so? I've noticed that I'm not getting as many as I think I should be. I've gone through my "Alert Preferences" and I have everything checked off. The little eye symbols are still there on the threads when I look at them, but I am not getting anywhere close to all of the alerts that I think I should be. It seems like the only alerts I receive consistently are for threads I started, 2 or 3 other ones that I have posted in multiple times, and for the first replies to other threads where I have made only 1 post.
 
Working perfectly for me. Turn it off and turn it back on again?

There are several icons showing my watched threads. But nothing for most of them in the Alerts. They're not in the list when I click "Show All" either.
 
You will only received one alert for every unread thread you are watching.
If you haven't read those thread yet you will not receive any alerts.
