gonna be redoing my case(antec P160) and soon doing a system upgrade all together with 2 video cards(no idea which) so here is my dilemma, i have a spot in the front for a 120mm and the rear for a 120mm, the only other fan pulling air out is the power supply, now should i have both fans front and back the same CFMs? or should the front be higher, should i add a slot fan? or can someone suggest a set up(without me having to make holes in the case please :) ) thanks for the info in advanced.
 
Realistically you would want the front fan to have a higher CFM rating to balance out the exaust and psu fans. The airflow should be equal between intake and exhaust. Some people use positive case pressure to cut down on dust (more air coming in than being exhausted) but that is a little unrealistic for your situation without producing too much noise.

Say your psu fan is about 30CFM which is typical for an 80mm fan, assuming your psu has an 80mm fan. (and psu fans don't usually run at full speed anyway) I would get a low speed 120mm exhaust fan for the rear of the case (like 30cfm) and then you could put a 50-60 CFM fan in the front and it would be pretty even.

Another route is to mod another intake fan onto your case either in the side panel or the bottom. You could use this to balance out the airflow. But I know you would rather not
