which way should the fans be pulling air across the rad? Should they be pulling warm air from inside the case over the rad? or should they be pulling cool air from the outside over the rad and heating the inside of the case?
 
you want the air blowing out of your case. if you did the other way, it'd be blowing the heat from the radiator into the case causing everyting to heat up
