Anyone know of a unit with vent control, pref with a remote?

I live in the desert, tends to get -2c at night to 32c+ during the day. I would like to put an a/c unit in a small computer room that vents to the outside, using temp sensors and an IR blaster control the vent to open when its cold outside. Thing is every time I search for an a/c unit with a vent, I just get the portable ones with a hose for the hot air. I think I would rather have a window type as they are generally more efficient.
