No. They don't have near the volume needed for what you want. Strike two, compressed air has enough moisture in it to screw up electrical circuits (thats why real compressors have water bleeds). If you had an air tank to pressurize you might have a workable solution but for anything electrical canned air is still the best solution.
 
Those really should be called air pumps, because that is all they do. As they are, they do not compress anything. It is only when you hook it up to a tank(or a tire) that they are able to compress air. You could move more air blowing than those "compressors" will move. You could get one of those and an air tank and compress air into the tank. But then you would need a regulator and probably a moisture trap if you are going to be blowing air over electronics.
