Ah urgent bios problem

so i botted up bios did a postand what not, i put in the maxtor disk and partioned the hard drive. When thats done it says restart and insert operating system disk. So i restart insert my boot floppy and the os ion the cd drive and it say ntldr is missing pres contro alt delete to restart, every time i restart it says the same fucken thing.
 
thats usually what happens when u overclock and the boot sector gets corupted. If it is that just do a repair (asuming ur using XP)
 
repair or reinstall. if your using winxp or win2k the repair command is fixmbr
 
no guys windows hasn't ever been installed on this hard drive im still setting up the comp in bios, this is the comp i just finished building
 
i changed boot device to cd-rom and now it starts windows setup and then it gets to user agreement and like freezes
