Agp voltage

I have water cooling going on my video card, and I am wondering if this would help my overclocks at all. In the bios there is agp voltage. If I crank it up to 450 core I see little white dots on the edges of things, but not like gargantuan artifacts everywhere. If bump up this voltage, will it help my overclocks, and what kind of risk factor is involved?

My boards agp votls go up to 1.8

start off with a higher voltage than default then slowly lower it to see what is the minimum voltafe you can run at with a decent OC

No dont do this, raising the agp voltage through the BIOS will give you no gains and can kill your card with enough juice.

Please people only give information that is correct.

i would agree with CONFUSED _USER, don't mess with voltage, i did it once and messed up my card( my old one, that is) it runs every single games really choppy, and all because I had raised the voltage a litttle.

everyone has their own opinion, so do not say i am wrong, cause all my OC systems work perfectly doing it the way i metioned
