Is there any point in making this go higher? I have an K8N Neo2 Plat. My hard drive is on sata 3/4. I have no pci cards. I believe the pci frequency is locked at 33, so if I increase the agp frequency and voltage, will it make my video card faster also?
 
you'd see better performance gains just OC'ing your vid card. OC'ing agp clock and of PCI clock also screws with a bunch of other stuff (like IDE) and can create a bunch of problems
