I recently purchased an AMD Athlon 2200+ processor and an Aopen AK77400N Motherboard , everything appeared to be working fine , until i realized that windows wasnt detecting my video card , so i looked under the device manager and under
VIA CPU to APG2.0/AGP3.0 Controller , it says that this device cannot start ........... can anyone help me ?
