After-applying CPU problem

ok my friend I have just applied some greese between my cpu and heat sink...but when I restarted my computer...a msg comes up saying...there are two choices

1) go to setup
2)use default values or somethjing like dat

everytime once I load up my computer, at the very beginning of startup that msg comes up
 
It wants to know if you want to go into bios. You changed something. Do it, and make sure everything is set right.
