Hi guys

Here's the problem. My PC can't boot up after a crash while running 3D game. When I try to swith it on, thepower LED will turn on for a very short while, split second and everything goes off again.

I'm running on a GeForce 6800, which takes extra power from the PSU. I tried changing the card back to my old Radeon 9600, and the comp can boot up fine.

Now initially this seems like the graphic card problem, but a voltage monitor software keeps giving me warning the 3.3V thing falls below minimum limit voltage. Sign of a problemed PSU?

So I was wondering, izzit possible that a PSU that is about to reach the end of its lifespan gives such trouble like shutting itself down when extra power is drawn by a video card?
Or its just a problem video card (can cause PSU to shut down itself?)

Thanks for all opinon here. ;)

What's the PSU you're using?
Sry i forgot to mention...
it's iCute 450W
It's a budget PSU, but I dont do any overclocking, so i though it'll be fine...
THe GeForce 6800 has been running with this PSU for more than 6 months too...

Sounds like the card is too much for that psu, id recommend upgrading your psu to a better unit.
