hi all.

Im new to watercooling but i made a crude design "paint lol" of what i plan to do with my computer soon.

my question is, would this work and what would be the bet way to set up the piping?

any advice on this would be great, thanks.
 
There are a lot of factors to consider here. The paint isn't bad at all, actually clarifies what you are working with relatively. For most people, they going to need the following information:
What cpu (some run hotter then others) are you using?
Are you overclocking the cpu, and if so, how high are you aiming?
What motherboard (I see it's an asus board, but can't identify which one by the pic)?
Which two gpu's?
Are you overclocking the gpu?
What's the 750 pump you are looking at? (just because a lot of pumps list l/h without taking to account restiction, so it's usually better to look at them in a graph form).
What's your target budget?
And where are you on quiet vs. performance?

Some basic advice for middle of the road builds:
Motherboard cooling is very resticitive, and not always a huge help. I'm not against it personally, but the added restiction and heat in the loop require careful planning. If they make a full motherboard block (one that covers all the parts in one peice), it's usually better then peicemeal.
I haven't seen any really good submersable pumps, so I'd consider look into that pump/res combination heavily.
With w/c, a nice direct path is usually best. Looks like you can go, pump/res to cpu block, to top voltage, to the smaller radiator to the east voltage to the northbridge to the gpu's then to the southbridge to the larger radiator and back to the pump.

was going to use 3/8 ID - 4/8 OD pipes.

the motherboard in question is an asus striker extreme 680i, I am told they are not very good at overclocking and do generate quite a bit of heat, however I must have been lucky because i am getting very good overclocking results with this board.

q6600 G0 CPU 2.4ghz, currently running at 3.15ghz on air with a coolermaster GeminII, I am aiming for 3.6+ Ghz maybe even 4ghz with liquid cooling.

managed this once on air cooling on a very very cold evening in the middle of winter lol "-12c ambient".

the Gfx cards are GTX-280's which i also plan to overclock.

also I am considering cooling the RAM as well as I will likely overclock that as well.
 
xspc makes prettty good gear, so the pump should be as advertised. the head pressure's a little low at 1.8 meters that's about 5 1/2 feet.
I would flip the top 2x120mm radiator so that the plugs are closer to the other radiator, and you can put them in sequence. You can set it up so that you cool your cpu and most of your board, then cool the water down again with the dual rad on top and single on back before you send it to the gpu's.
the southbridge is kind of out there, so you might have to hit that on the way to the final radiator, but southbridges usually run high anyway, and don't really need much cooling.
The set up should fine, if the pump is as strong as advertised, it'll be sufficient for all those loops. The radiators should also be good if paired with some good fans - noctua or scythe.
with 3/8 inch tubing, and that much of a loop, I would buy some tube wrapping and some swivel angled nozzles. You won't be able to use the swivel angle for all of your nozzles, but a few will help get straight paths for the tubing. 3/8ths, even of good tubing tends to kink if bent too much, which is where the tube wrapping comes into play. You can get 4 ft length from jabtech for 3.99 each, which you'll need maybe 2 (because not every curve will need it, it's just for the few connection that are bound to need sharp turns.
 
Unless you separate that into 2 loops, you will not get good performance. Im not even sure that pump would be able to push anything threw all of that. You dont really need the motherboard blocks either(not recommended if you've never done it before/not really necessary if you have good airflow over the chipset). But if you were to do all of that, I would nix the sb waterblock and just put a copper heatsink, and run the cpu/motherboard into 1 loop with the 120/240 , and the gpus with the triple rad. Add another pump/res for the 2nd loop and you should get pretty good performance.
