I've been wanting to upgrade this computer since igot it for a birthday gift, i wish my father would of given me the money instead of him buying it... anyways it does serve it's purpose in a small way...

The only part on my computer that is not the mainboard is the video card, and it's noit that great of one a radeon 9200 (128mb)

my mainboard is aP4S533-MX

i have 256 mb ram, please help

SDram is cheap now, upping that to 512mb or even 1gb would help. And the obvious upgrade would be the video card.

What hdd's and CPU are you using, that would really help to know that.

Yea sdram is fairly cheap. You might wanna see what local pc stores have in the way of used stuff (or even new)

ouch, the good news, from glancing at that link

you can go up to a 3.06 which would give you HT

and you can use ddr

Ya when i had asked for a computer for my birthday I informed them to jsut give me the money and i'll buy it, but my father was insistant on buying and building it, with what little buidling required, he was big into it in the 80's and early 90s but not anymore... oi... but it is good for now
