I've been having a problem with overclocking my system for a while now and have no clue where to start for help. My problem is that I can't get over 168fsb with my Barton and ram. I don’t think it's a video card problem, because I’ve used two different cards with no luck. When I go past 168fsb, I can't POST, no matter what multiplier I choose. I’ve gone all the way down to a 5x multiplier and no luck. I was able to POST with a 200fsb a few times, but I didn’t have my hard drives in. When I installed my drives, As soon as XP went to load, my pc rebooted. I don't know what else to do. I have 1024mb of ram, but as u can see it's in a weird setup, 2x256 and 1x512. Unfortunately I don’t know anyone with a gig of PC3200 or above to try with. Individually, each stick can do about 210 stably, but with more than one stick, no luck. All voltages are at stock now, but even with increased voltage, i still had no luck. If anyone has any input ideas or anything please post.

Thanks!

Try it with your 1 512 stick

Try upping your voltages to ram and cpu
