Adding Temperature Sensor on GPU

Okay, I bought a drivebay that also is a temperature guage display... so it has two wires that's for temperature (flat head copper at the end)...

So how do I install it? Do I put it in between the GPU and the heatsink? Which part? And do I need to reclean the thermal paste or there's no need to change it?

Please help, guys. :)
