Adding GPU to loop

I have a few questions about adding my 980 Classified to my currently CPU-only loop.
1. Would this block work out of the box?
2. With the block above, would I need to purchase additional cooling for the VRM and RAM?
 
Why not just buy a full block then ? As far as I can remember you should also have the memory and VRM cooled if you're going to be OCing. Some ASUS or MSI cards don't even cover a heatsink cooling over the memory, they just get airflow cooling from the fans.

There are no fullcover blocks for 980 Classifieds.
