adaptec 5805 compatible sas expander

Hi guys, I have a adaptec 5805 and a HP sas expander, does anyone know if these are compatible?
If not is there a sas expander that someone can recommend?

I'm running that exact card with a Chenbro CK13601. Has been running for over a year with no issues. Good luck finding any Chenbro expanders though, took me over 2 months to find one. Eventually CDW was able to locate one.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, any more info on the expander? Any firmware/revision issues? I've got a 5405 to put to use with an expander.

I haven't tried my 5805 with the new Chenbro SAS expanders, only the first generation (CK13601).
