It's a TN so viewing angles will suck arse while in portrait mode.

Prad.de has a review on the 22" model. Link.

I thought that this was going to be a joke with that designation.

I guess the next monitor will include the entire alphabet?

Yeah, not a terrible review. If it is to be used as a gaming monitor primarily.

That is if the 22 review applies to the 24 too.

Yeah, I can't find any professional, in-depth (e.g. X-Bit Labs/Prad.de/TFTCentral) reviews on the 24" model, or the 27" 2048x1152 B273HU either, which I was very interested in the latter since it's absolutely huge for the price, and it has a decent pixel pitch comparable to my current 22". Mostly just a bunch of tech-illiterate sheeple posting on retailer/reseller sites saying, "ZOMG! Dis moniter r0x0rz mai s0x0rx and it's da best thang sinz sliz'd bre4d!"

So I decided to pony up an extra $100 for the smaller, but vastly better Dell U2410, despite the niggles.

Yep, I completely agree. The lack of quality reviews for monitors is quite annoying. You would think that if manufacturers create a quality product they would want to market it to the public and have someone do a quality (and objective) review.

Oh well, I can keep dreaming. Reality is something completely different.
