How do one get access to Gen Mayhem? I remembered having access once, but then, not anymore

If it expired, I believe you can PM Kyle to see about having it reinstated, not sure if he is still doing that though.

You must have had a one year sub to GenMay. Right now due to a problem with the registration script, registration has been suspended until completely fixed. When you see the announcement back up, you will know.

While paid subs are currently unavailable, alternately you can earn GenMay access by folding for Team 33.
