"Access denied" Error when loading Nforce2 Memory drivers!!

Hello here are my specs
2800+
1GB RAM
9600 Pro
60GB HD
Abit NF7-S2

After I installed windows and the Nforce 5.10 drivers I went to device manager and there was an exclamation point on all the memory controllers and Nforce MCP driver. I uninstalled Nforce and reinstalled. Nothing works. It says no drivers installed, and when I try to install them it says Access Denied. I am logged into administrator and the computer IS NOT reliable. It crashes in games and windows with a hard freeze. Exchanging the RAM did not help. Overvolting the RAM did not help either. Please, I need someones advice!


EDIT:
It wont let me update in Safe mode either. Nvidia nForce PCI system management WILL NOT INSTALL.
