Abit IC-7 Max 3 questions

#1 I am wondering has anyone seen the voltage issues on this board that I have heard about?
#2 I am in between the ic7 max 3 and the asus 865pe board (the one everyone swears by) which is better and which do you prefer?

I have heard that the ic7 is nice but can have serious issues with the voltages etc etc.

HELP!

btw going to be running a 2.4c w/1gb geil pc4000 ddr (golden dragon)

There were two memory voltage problems. The VDIMM issue has been fixed and all boards since late November are now shipping with the fix. My new ic7-max3 came with the fix. Apparently voltages VDIMM voltages around 2.8 would fluctuate.

The other is at VTT issue concerning dimm voltages at 3.0v and higher.

I have an IC7 Max 3 and an IC7 both are great boards.

As for the the ic7-max3, I love this board.

A little clarification

Vdimm issue was fluxuating voltages from 2.9 to 3.1. at 2.8 or 3.2 it was fine.

Vtt issue is the Vtt is not 1 half of the Vdimm at 2.9Vdimm and higher. Instead the voltage drops and rises with each increase in the Vdimm.
