AA & AF-Set in control panel or app?

How do you guys set your AA and AF? Do you set it in the control panel under display settings or do you set it in each game you play? Why? Is there any benefit to doing it one way over the other?
 
App Preference in the CP and use the games AA and AF options if available.

If the game has no AA and AF options, then set them in the CP.


There can be advantages to using the game's controls over the CP controls. For example the game may intelligently dictate what needs AA or AF'ing, while the CP may just do it to everything. Obviously the way the game developer intended the game to be played would mean using all the in-game controls for AA and AF, if there.

If not, then use the CP.
