Where o where do I mount a temp sensor to get good readings for an A64 CPU (with heatspreader)?
 
I'd do my best to get it tucked in down by where the heatspreader and hsf meet, but be carefull as to not screw up your HS -> HSF contact. Otherwise, maybe tape it to the bottom of your heatsink, though that won't give a great reading.
