A winxp boot-up problem

I formerly had bootxp installed on my system. If you're not familiar with this program, it gives you the ability to change your boot-up screen to any image file that you would like.

My problem is the fact that, when you first use it, it makes a backup of some boot-up file such that, if you somehow screw your system with it, there is a backup line option.

I can't get rid of this backup option and I was wondering if any of you might know what exaclty I need to edit in order to remove it. On boot, before the xp loading screen, it simply gives me two options, the first is my chosen boot screen, the second is the "backup line", which makes windows boot normally.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
