A tuner in my computer?

Is this possible? I will be getting pretty nice speakers in the upcoming days and I want a radio tuner for my PC.

If so, explain.

Yes it is possible to have a radio tuner in your pc - same with a TV tuner.
looking at newegg.com gets us some tv/fm tuners such as:

Look under video device addon section or merely plug in "fm tuner" in the search engine at newegg.
newegg does not have FM tuner only cards. If you only want a FM tuner, well good luck as a quick search just showed the FM plus TV tuners out there... I dont believe they make them seperately anymore.
But yeah, this is an EXCELLENT idea for a home theater computer system
