A question to all those who had to RMA their flickering Dell/Bizlink/Accell adapter

Hi all,

Regarding the Dell (Bizlink) adapter for me personally. It has came to the stage were I need to RMA this piece of junk, but I have never dealt with Dell RMA before.

How did you all go about it?

I notice there is some message about letting them know within 7 days, but surley if they sell a product that goes faulty after that period, they still legally have to replace/refund right?

I would be very interested to know all of your experiences in this area.
