A good program for ocing a cpu?

BIOS is the only "safe" way to do it. Or rather, set the switches that are actually physically on the motherboard, but newer boards don't have that anymore.

Just do it from the bios. Overclocking programs are flaky and sometimes unsafe, have limited support for motherboards, and have far fewer options than the bios of an overclocking mobo. The only times someone should use an overclocking program is when they have no overclocking support in the bios.
