Don't know if you remember me from last thread, but here goes:

I can get my computer to boot, sometimes. See, the power supply will give it power (green LED always on), but basically.. how to explain this.. erm

Ok

When I first ran my computer, it shut off after about 30 seconds. It did this about twice more until it wouldn't turn on anymore. I open it up, look at chip, re-put in chip, re-attach fan connectors, etc. Doesn't work. Wait a few minutes, do it again, and it works. (Doing this on the grund, so when I unplugged it, (lost power by abruptly unpluggin), to move it up to my desk, I plug it in at my desk, and bang it doesn't turn on again)

Is this some sort-of damn fail-safe on my chip, or is just my piece of shit power supply?

EDIT: Now I get the GREEN LED On the motherboard, but it won't even turn on:(. Back where I started. Should I call ASPIRE and ask wtf is with this p.o.s. power supply? Or intel to see if something wrong with the chip
