I didnt know if should post this in the "sound" forums or here, but for now I'll just start of here.

Here's the problem in bullet format starting from install to now.

1) Clean install of Windows
2) Installed all drivers
3) Installed World of Warcraft
4) World of Warcraft in game sound - Poor Quality
5) E-mail Blizz, no answer =/

So I thought it was a on board sound issue, so I went and bought a cheapie Blaster Live 24 bit - Didnt fix the problem. Now the music in game sound perfect, but the actual fighting sounds, ambience, etc is really poor.

Could this just be an install problem? Or a settings problem that I am over-looking?
