9800se

use omega, run benchmark to check for fill rate increase, artifacts. if ok, do [h]mod n flash the bios.. thats wat i did with 9800se i had.. mine also o/ced high but some reason it wasnt any faster than 9500@9700..

Both, as 128bit as 256bit can be softmoded. You can use Omega or DNA drivers, but I prefer Omega, they did good job with my last card.
Only prob is, there is no 100% that your softmod will be successful, pipes can be damaged, and you will see artifacts all over screen when playing games, esspecialy where shaders are "working".
If you softmod 9800se 128bit, you get speed about R9500Pro, if 256bit is softmoded, you get speed of R9800Pro.

If you will see artifacts when softmoded, then just install previous drivers, and youll be okey.

I softmodded mine and it works great. Powercolor 9800se from newegg.
bought it over the summer for 150.

Make sure that you plan for an aftermarket cooler if you softmod.
The oem is barely sufficient at stock speeds. Activate all the pipes and up the speed at all and your going to need something.
